Return Policy

Within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, you can submit a return under our 7-day return policy. Please send an email to hello@thedavidwilson.com within 48 hours of the delivery to seek a replacement or refund, along with all the information that is required. You should also provide a video of the goods being unboxed.

Your item needs to be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packing in order for you to be able to return it. Additionally, you will require the purchase receipt or other evidence of purchase.

Returns of merchandise shipped without prior request for a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs are not covered by the business.

Damages and Issues

When your order is delivered, please check everything out, and get in touch with us right away if anything is amiss or broken. We'll assess the problem and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain things, such customized or special order items, are not returnable. If you have any questions or issues with your particular item, please contact us. (br> Gift cards and anything that are on sale are not returnable.

Refunds

When we receive and review your return, we'll let you know if the refund is accepted. If accepted, you'll instantly receive your money back using the original payment method. Please be aware that processing and posting the refund may take some time for your bank or credit card company. If a return is made, the corporation will not pay for any shipping costs.

Refund/Replacement

After the items are received at our warehouse and inspected, typically takes ten to fifteen business days, we will refund or replace any accepted returns. We provide a replacement in the appropriate size if the reason for the return is a sizing issue. Should there be any flaws, your account will be fully refunded.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders

We will reimburse the money to the bank account you provide in ten to fifteen business days. To validate the bank data, a copy of a canceled check is required.

For prepaid orders

Within 15 business days, we will credit the original account with the amount.
Should a shop credit be needed, it can be produced in the form of a coupon code that same day.
Please be aware that all exchange products depend on stock availability when the order arrives at our warehouse. We can only issue a refund in the event that the exchange item is out of stock.

Failed Quality Check

No refund or exchange will be granted if a product does not pass our quality inspection during the refund/exchange procedure. On the other hand, if the client requests it, we would send the returned item back to their address for a minimal upfront fee of INR 100.

Within 48 hours of delivery, all replacement requests will be validated within two business days, along with an unpacking video. If the product qualifies for a replacement, we will come get it from you in a few days. We will need two more days to review the merchandise when it is received. After it is confirmed that the item is undamaged and in its original packaging, your replacement request will be handled and the item will be shipped to you right away.
